Mitani Shoji has established its quality policy below to continuously meet customers’ expectations and fulfill its social responsibility by maintaining and improving the quality of its products and services.

  1. We will accurately understand the needs of our customers and keep providing products and services that are trusted by, and satisfactory to, them.
  2. We will strive to cultivate human resources from the long-term perspective for quality improvement and maintenance.
  3. We will set quality goals and continuously improve the quality management system to accomplish this quality policy.
  4. We will comply with all applicable laws as well as internal regulations while improving our quality assurance activities.
  5. We will develop our quality management system in conformance with all requirements, thoroughly share and enforce it among all employees, and maintain and improve it through concerted efforts.
  6. We will periodically revise the quality policy in order to maintain its suitability and adequacy.

Mitani Shoji obtained ISO14001 certification (international standard of environmental management systems) in June 2002.
We are striving to achieve customer satisfaction by reducing environmental impacts through the products and services we provide.
Using these standard certification audits for such opportune events, we will strive to improve our operations continuously.
